The free plan supports one vehicle with manual entry, on-device reminder scheduling when notifications are enabled, and available registration-resource links. TagSnap Pro unlocks optional AI image prefill and unlimited vehicles.

With an active TagSnap Pro subscription, open Scan Tag and capture a photo or choose one from your library. TagSnap shows a disclosure before upload. If you continue, the selected image is sent to the scan service to suggest visible registration details. Review and edit every result before saving. Manual entry is always available instead.

Tap the add button, choose manual entry, enter the fields you know, and save. You do not need to grant camera or photo-library access for manual entry.

When the relevant dates are still in the future, TagSnap can schedule local reminders 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry and on the expiry date. iOS notification permission and system delivery settings control whether a notification appears; TagSnap cannot guarantee delivery.

The vehicle screen can open an available state registration or motor-vehicle resource in your browser. Links are provided for convenience, may change, and may not support every renewal situation. Verify the destination and requirements with the relevant government agency. TagSnap is not a government agency and is not affiliated with a DMV.

The App Store purchase screen shows the localized current price before you buy. U.S. reference prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year. Both plans auto-renew until cancelled and unlock the same Pro features.

Use Restore Purchases on the TagSnap paywall to refresh an active subscription for the current Apple Account. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select TagSnap, and follow Apple's controls. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple states otherwise.

Use a close, well-lit, straight-on image with the relevant text visible. If a field is missing or wrong, edit it before saving or use manual entry. Always verify the expiry date and plate against your registration document.

Saved vehicle records stay in the App's local storage. A selected image leaves the device only after you choose to continue with AI prefill. See the Privacy Policy for the full processing and deletion explanation.
