These Terms govern your use of the TagSnap mobile application. By using TagSnap, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Use TagSnap only for lawful purposes and only with images and vehicle information you are authorized to use.

What TagSnap provides

TagSnap is an organizational utility for locally recording vehicle registration information, scheduling on-device reminders, opening available registration-resource links, and optionally suggesting visible fields from an image. TagSnap is not a government agency, DMV, insurer, legal adviser, or registration-renewal service.

AI prefill and user verification

AI prefill may omit, misread, or incorrectly format information. It is not a verification service. You are responsible for reviewing every suggested field against the relevant registration document before saving or relying on it.

Dates, reminders, and renewals

You remain responsible for determining the correct renewal date and completing renewal on time. Reminder delivery depends on the date you save, iOS permissions, device settings, and system behavior, and is not guaranteed. TagSnap does not submit renewals or pay fees on your behalf.

Third-party links

Registration-resource links may open websites operated by government agencies or other third parties. Destinations, availability, eligibility, fees, and requirements can change. A link does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or a guarantee that it is the correct destination for your situation. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply.

Subscriptions

TagSnap Pro is available through auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions managed by Apple. The App Store purchase screen displays the localized price and any offer before confirmation; U.S. reference prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings and restore an eligible purchase in the App.
• No free trial is promised unless Apple explicitly displays one for your account.

Availability and changes

Features may be unavailable because of device, network, App Store, AI-provider, or third-party-service conditions. We may update the App or these Terms as features and legal requirements change.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, TagSnap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that scans, reminders, links, or other features will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagSnap and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, missed reminders, inaccurate scans, or third-party sites.
