By downloading or using TagSnap, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

TagSnap is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track vehicle registration renewal dates. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Subscriptions

TagSnap Pro is offered through auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store. U.S. reference prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year; the App displays the localized price charged in your storefront before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues through the paid billing period after cancellation. No free trial is promised unless an introductory offer is explicitly displayed by Apple in the purchase screen.

Accuracy of Information

TagSnap's AI scanner is designed to assist with reading registration information, but results may not always be accurate. Always verify your registration expiry date with your official registration documents. TagSnap is not responsible for fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from expired registrations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TagSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI scan results will be accurate in all cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
